📄 Adoption Workflow

1. Listing for Adoption: Shift + Right-Click your tamed wolf while holding Paper (minecraft:paper).
2. Pending State: The dog sits and becomes available for adoption.
3. Claiming: Another player can right-click the dog with an empty hand to adopt it.
4. Cancellation: The owner can Shift + Right-Click with Paper again to cancel adoption.
